    Promo Title: “Make Your Sound with a Flex” Songwriting Competition

    1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION
    Make Your Sound with a Flex is a songwriting competition that celebrates creativity, self-expression, and everyday inspiration. Participants will create an original song to represent FlexOffice as a brand that boosts one’s creativity, productivity, and supports daily life. The campaign aims to connect with young musicians and encourage them to “flex” their talent through this contest.

    End Date: May 31, 2026

    Semi Final (Judging): June 05, 2026

    Determination of Winners: June 08, 2026

    Awarding Ceremony: June 10, 2026

    4. JOINING QUALIFICATION

    The promo is open to:

    • Aged 18 years old and above. 
    • Can sing and produce an original song.

    The promo is not open to:

    • All employees of FlexOffice Philippines and SQI Group Int’l Corp., including the relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity.

    5. HOW TO JOIN

    Step 1: Fill out the Pre-Registration Form using the official link provided. Review the contest mechanics and fill out all required details: Name, Email Address, Home Address, Contact Number, and Facebook Link.

    Step 2: Write and compose an original and unpublished song aligned with the competition theme with a duration of two (2) to four (4) minutes.

    Step 3: Prepare all required submission materials, including a clear audio recording of the song in MP3, a typed lyrics sheet in PDF or DOC format, and a performance video of the song.

    Step 4: Complete the official Registration Form with accurate personal and contact information and upload all required files in the designated sections of the form.

    Step 5: After submission, wait for the official announcement of results; entries selected as semi-finalists will advance to the final list of participants and will be notified through the organizer’s official communication channels.

    6. SPECIFICATION OF ENTRIES

    • The competition is open to solo performers, duos, or groups; however, the song must be performed by a single singer. In the case of duos or groups, members may take on different roles such as composer, producer, or instrumentalist.
    • Only one person is allowed to perform the song during both the submission and judging phases.  
    • Each participant is required to create an original song that aligns with the official theme of the competition, highlighting the representation of Flexoffice and its products to creativity, productivity, and everyday lives.
    • The entry must clearly present the song in a recorded audio file (MP3 format), accompanied by a typed lyrics sheet (PDF) and a performance video of the song.
    • The entry must showcase the participant’s originality and musical creativity, reflecting the competition theme.
    • Submissions must be in high-quality digital format to ensure proper assessment of both audio and visual elements.
       
    • Each participant may submit up to three (3) entries; however, only one entry per participant may be selected as a winner. If a participant has more than one winning entry, only the prize of higher value will be awarded.
    • All entries must be the original work of the participant and must not have been previously published, performed publicly, or submitted to any other competition or campaign.

    7. CRITERIA OF JUDGING – TOTAL OF 100%

    Creative use of musical elements, lyrics, and interpretation of the theme is highly valued.

    Lyrics & MessageLyrics should be meaningful, coherent, and aligned with the competition theme.

    The song should effectively communicate the intended message and evoke emotion.
    30 pts
    Musicality & CompositionQuality of melody, harmony, rhythm, and overall musical structure.

    Vocal performance, instrumental arrangement, and technical execution are considered.
    20 pts
    Relevance to Theme / Brand The song should reflect the official competition theme and, if applicable, highlight the brand’s essence (creativity, productivity, everyday life).

    Entries that show a strong connection to the theme and demonstrate thoughtful interpretation will be scored higher.
    10 pts
    Compliance with Promo MechanicsThe entry must strictly follow all official competition rules, including eligibility requirements, submission format, deadlines, and use of required materials or tags.10 pts

    Tie-Breaking Clause

    In the event of a tie, the panel of judges shall conduct a re-evaluation of the tied entries using the same judging criteria to ensure fairness and consistency. The re-evaluation may include a more detailed scoring or further deliberation to differentiate the entries.

    8. AWARDS/PRIZES
    The following cash prizes/vouchers will be awarded to the winners of the “Make Your Sound with a Flex” Songwriting Competition.

    *Awarded to qualified participants based on judging criteria and compliance with promo mechanics.

    9. SELECTION OF WINNERS

    • Participants may submit multiple entries but may only win once.
    • Winners will be selected using the criteria of judging.
    • Winners will be determined based on the official judging criteria and selected by a Board of Judges composed of duly authorized representatives from FlexOffice Philippines and SQI Philippines.
    • The judging and selection of winners will be conducted on June 15, 2025, in the presence of an authorized DTI representative.

    10. HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

    • The official list of winners will be announced on the FlexOffice Philippines Facebook Page, together with the link to the official Prize Claim Form.
    • Winners will also be notified via the email address provided in their registration form as a reminder to complete the claim process. Winners shall also be notified via registered mail.
    • To successfully claim the prize, winners must complete and submit the Prize Claim Form provided in the official announcement post.
    • The redemption period is sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the registered mail. Note: Failure to complete the form within the redemption period will result in forfeiture of the prize with prior DTI approval.
    • All prizes will be released and transferred through electronic channels such as bank transfer or e-wallets, based on the information provided on the Prize Claim Form.

    11. CONTROL MEASURES AND RELEASES

    By participating in the “Make Your Sound with a Flex” campaign, all entrants  agree to the following terms:

    1. Use of Personal Information

    FlexOffice Philippines and SQI Philippines may collect and use participants’ personal data (such as name, email, contact number, address, and submitted content) solely for campaign-related purposes, including:

    • Announcement and promotion of contest results
    • Communication with participants and winners
    • Use in campaign PR materials, both online and offline
    1. Use of Submitted Content

    By submitting an entry, participants grant FlexOffice Philippines the right to:

    • Post or share their entry on the official social media platform (Facebook).
    • Edit or feature their content for campaign promotions.
    • Use the entry in future non-commercial marketing materials.
    • Participants retain ownership of their original work but authorize its use for the purposes stated above.
    1. Winner Verification
    • Winners will be required to complete a Prize Claim Form and submit proof of identity when requested.
    • FlexOffice reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to meet the campaign requirements.
    • All decisions made by the Committee of Judges, in the presence of a DTI representative, are final and non-negotiable.
    1. Prize Claiming and Deadline
    • Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their registration form as a reminder to complete the claim process. Winners shall also be notified via registered mail.
    • The redemption period is sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the registered mail. Note: Failure to complete the form within the redemption period will result in forfeiture of the prize with prior DTI approval.
    • All prizes will be released and transferred through electronic channels such as bank transfer or e-wallets, based on the information provided in the Prize Claim Form.
    • Failure to complete the form within the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize with prior DTI approval.
    1. Safety and Participation
    • Participants join the contest voluntarily and are responsible for their own safety during the creation of their entry.
    • FlexOffice Philippines and SQI Philippines will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.
    1. Content Guidelines

    Entries must be original and must not contain:

    • Offensive, obscene, or sexually explicit material
    • Political or religious content that may cause conflict
    • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or harmful acts
    • Copyrighted or plagiarized materials
    • False, misleading, or defamatory statements
    • FlexOffice reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that do not meet these standards.
    1. Agreement to Terms

    By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have:

    • Read and understood the official contest mechanics
    • Agreed to all rules, requirements, and decisions of the organizers
    • Provided original work and accurate personal information
    • Granted consent for content and data use, as outlined above.
